Account lists no charges, but credit card keeps getting billed

  Being billed for site, but can’t log in to cancel. I see no charges or billing history. How do I cancel reoccurring charges

  Hi –

  What site are you getting billed for? I don’t see any upgrades or renewals on the account you’re using here. All that means is that the charge in question belongs to a different user account.

  I believe it is for chillparent.com, but I thought I had closed the account. I don’t see it on either of my wordpress accounts, but was charged a renewal fee.
