My account has been locked and I can’t use it. The email I linked with it I cannot access anymore to change my WordPress password. I’ve filled out account recovery forms and have heard nothing back. You guys still charge my cards yet don’t give me access to what I’ve been paying for. So either give me my access again or stop charging me. It’s very simple.

- You can also try contacting Automattic directly through their legal/billing team at automattic.com/contact if the standard support route hasn’t worked.
- If charges continue without access you have the right to dispute the charges with your bank or credit card company as a last resort.
You absolutely should not be charged for a service you can’t access — make sure to mention that specifically in your support request so it gets escalated quickly.
