Account login issue

  My client  is having site sailtoshelter.org
  But she is not able to login to her account.
  It’s asking for authentication code which she never set up two factor authentication.
  Plz remove authentication so that she can access her account and plz make her site online.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Since the site is asking for an authentication code, it’s likely that 2FA was enabled during a security prompt or by another administrator on the account. For security reasons, I cannot manually disable 2FA or change the site’s status, as these actions require direct access to WordPress.com’s internal systems. Your client needs to use the Account Recovery Form (wordpress.com/support/account-recovery). If she doesn’t have the backup codes, she should provide a Transaction ID from any past payment for the site; this is the fastest way for a Staff member to verify her identity, manually disable the 2FA lock, and help her get the site back online.

  we already sent a recovery account form, but it’s been a week and there’s response from WordPress.  Any staff member plz look into this matter.
