Account lost

    Hello,

    We have not logged in our blog since 2016, but it still exists in the web and I do suspect some traffic still active, due to the stats on our linked facebook group.

    We are trying to re-start blogging, and have the login details, but we encounter the below problem:
    wordpress does not recognise the email or the user name
    in creating a new account, wordpress recognises the user name as taken
    We do not have any other activation details to gain access to the blog account (this was set up in 2015)

    We now have a new account on the same email, but under a new name to be able to post here in the forums!

    Please advise?

    This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns paustgroup.wordpress.com.
