  Hello, we are going through a bit of a reorganization and was trying to assign this account to (email visible only to moderators and staff) which was recently shut down so we would not continue to get the ‘this email alread in use’ error message, now that its been removed we still cannot change this account to casey@indoexpo and it is causing our associated serivices to drop, like woocommerce

  Hi there,

  It takes 30 days after closing an account before the data for the account is completely deleted. This includes the email address. We have this waiting period in case the account owner changes their mind and tries to reinstate the account.

  If you want the email address removed immediately, please reply to the account closure email we would have sent to that address to request it. We cannot do this at another account’s request.
