  Our IT person, Adam Clark, was tragically killed in a small plane crash on December 10th. I can access WordPress for the website but cannot find where to update the billing information and management for our WordPress account. Would someone please contact me to discuss?   Those sites are not hosted here on WordPress.com. So, you need to contact your hosting provider to sort this out.

  You can use a service like whoishostingthis.com to determine who your host is.

  We log in to WordPress to manage/develop/change the website. Is there not a fee for this service?

  I know our site is on AWS server but we use WordPress for design. I need to find out the fee for this service and how the billing is set up. I cannot find that information anywhere when I log into the site admin.

  As @fstat already said, only AWS support can help you.
  Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org.

  Hi @quolloysterdiomedes91302, if it helps, WordPress itself is free code. You can install it on most any hosting service.

  And WordPress.com is a hosting service: we do have paid services, but these sites you mentioned are not using them.

  For billing issues, you’ll need to contact the companies your group has been paying. I can see the domain is registered through GoDaddy, and it seems to point to Amazon Web Services for hosting. I’d recommend contacting both GoDaddy and AWS.

  Also, I’m sorry to hear about your IT person’s accident. That’s awful, especially when so many are celebrating holidays. If he was paying for things personally, you might have a bit more legal legwork to get through this, but hopefully they can help you get it all sorted soon, or at least extended so they won’t expire.
