Account Membership Problem

    Dear WordPress Team,

    I’m Janos Nemeth and I’m writing because of my account, I would like to inquire. My business user account was run under beastiefilm.wordpress.com, it was created two years ago, in November 2019.

    The payment was OK for the first year (2019), but despite the fact that the website was not ready and was not in use, a larger amount was deducted for last year as well, on 13th October 2020 – the amount was 81,000 HUF (Hungarian forint). This deduction was made without any notice or warning, automatically, without my permission and without renewing my membership. In 2020, due to Covid, we did not need the website at all, no activities could be linked to the account.

    I would like us to be able to credit the amount somehow, as we plan to use more websites via WordPress in the near future. Could you please look it up for me and reply?
