account mixed up, can not change pass

  I have a blog with WordPress user name: nguyentamhan
  I want to change my pass word for this account because i forgot my pass but whenever I requested , the information sent to me always to the account nguyentamhan2013, it’s not the one that I want.
  I already tried many time but always got what I don’t want.
  Please Help please help, please …. please
