Account not connecting to my business page

  My account is an administrator for our website page. However,when I login, it is treating me like a new customer. When others here login, they can still see me listed with my email as an administrator connected to our page.

  This account is only 3 days old and has no website on the wordpress.com platform. What is the URL of your site?

  http://www.peospectrum.com. It looks like it created a new account with my email and now I can’t get into my actual account.

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at on GoDaddy’s servers. The admin account for that site is unique to that site only, and has no connection to WordPress.com at all.

  For help with logging into that site, please contact another admin on the site – any admin should be able to help you reset your login credentials.
