Account not giving me the "Install Theme" tab under "Themes"

  I’d like to add a third party theme, but within my account, there’s no “Install Theme” option under Appearance>Themes. Do I need to reconfigure my account differently? (FYI, the blog is linked to RyanKinkaid.com, hosted by GoDaddy.)

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:
