Hello! My name is Abby Bush. I work for a small nonprofit in Harrisonburg, VA, called NewBridges Immigrant Resource Center. We have been using WordPress to run and edit our website: http://www.newbridgesirc.org. I just got a new computer here at work and when I went to login to WordPress on it, it doesn’t seem link my account on WordPress to the NewBridges website. I can’t update our website at all anymore. I’m wondering what I’m doing incorrectly and how to re-link the NewBridges website to my account. Thank you so much!

These forums are where we provide help with WordPress.com sites. However, newbridgesirc.org was created using the free software available at WordPress.org. We have some information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in this guide:
The account you have on newbridgesirc.org is separate from the one you have on WordPress.com. We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers but there are a couple of things you could try:
- Reset your password from the Lost Password page.
- If that doesn’t work, please contact your hosting provider (Bluehost) for help.
