Account opened and then hacked, and getting charged

  Hi. I used to have an old account with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I canceled back in 2017 but still have been getting charged since then. I am not able to log into the website since it’s now in French? I think I was hacked. Can you please stop payments??
