Hi,
My wife has managed to get mixed up with passwords and emails etc. Her account name is earthlights and she thought the email address was (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when she asks for a password reset nothing arrives. Is it possible for you to email her at (email visible only to moderators and staff) with a password reset request, or if the associated email address is a different one send it there? Thanks. So, the issue here, is that the domain is not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
Instead, the domain is registered at Name Cheap and hosted by registrar-servers.com.
If it is set up on WordPress that means y’all are using the other version. That’s the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
