Account payment

  Hi,
  Hi, We are a not-for-profit organisation. I have Admin rights to our site so wish to pay. Our site expires soon and I want to upgrade to Premium. The account holder who set up the account is no longer with the organisation so I am unable to login to pay with that account. Can the site ownership please be transferred to me so I can set up an automatic renewal?

  Hi there,

  Since it was a domain connection and registration and since you will need to renew the Premium Plan before it expires since it is now a legacy plan, I was able to move both to your account.

  You should now be able to go to purchase and renew both upgrades:

  Hi again,

  I am concerned that Renew is turned ‘Off” and I don’t have a button to turn it “on” so worried that the site will expire and not use the credit card I have linked with the site. Can you have a look please?

  Hi,

  Also, I would prefer to use PayPal however there is no option for it, is this due to being on a legacy site and not a plan as yet?

  Hi,
  I have found what I need, I think: As stated on the site, it reads –
  “Backup payment methods will be used for any purchase listed on the account in the event of a failed renewal.”
  So,I realise that my payment will be made using my backup card then I will have options to check auto-renewal once payment is made.

  Hi Fran,

  I see that you moved some of the upgrades to a different account. Can you please let me know on which account you want the domain connection and the Premium plan to transfer them?

  As soon as the upgrades are on the correct account, you can look into the payment issue.

  Both the domain and the plan are now under your account. Please go to your Purchases page and renew the plan as it expires in two days.
