Account payment and site jnfo

    Hello,

    I tried to start a site back in September but didnt get to work on it for personal reasons. I’m looking back to see a paid 2 payments of 48.00, and when I log in I dont have any sites available to work on. Can you please help?

    Hi Hannah,

    The account you’re using to post here was created only minutes before you posted this forum topic, and has not created any sites or bought any upgrades from us.

    If you started a site in September, you did that using a completely different account, which would be associated with a completely different email address. Log out of that account, and log in using the username/email address of the other account to access your site and your upgrades.
