  They messages i get to do account recovery direct me to reset my password. I did that using my email address but when i try to log in with my email address it requires me to use my user name. I apparently don’t know my user name and when i fill in the information for support i keep getting the same responses directions to recover or reset my user name. Please help

  I was able to locate my user name and get into my site. Thank you.
