Account recovery

Im pretty bad at all this stuff, I was on my wordpress site and I was fluffing around and changing things and pressing buttons and managed to lock myself out of my site. I cannot recover it with the wordpress recovery form because the person who made the wbsite for me doesnt have that information. I thought I was chaging the name of the site, but I was changing the URL ( this si what I think has happened) and so when saved, that url was wrong and i was locked out. I have absolutely zero clue what im meant to do.

It’s meant to be http://www.pinkflamingocakeco.com.au but it’s now coming up as http://www.missladybirdcakes.co.au

Hi again, it looks like your site is using the standalone WP software on 3rd party hosting, like Ionos, Pressable, and the like, rather than being hosted here on WPcom. More on that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Because your site isn’t hosted on our servers, we really have no way to assist with this. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
