    Hey guys,

    I have a big problem. A website not finished, a webmaster who went bankruptcy and my client has absolutely no codes, nothing.
    I’m the new webmaster, the idea is to find a way to get back the domain name ad rebuilt a new website : valroy.fr

    I could buy a new domain name but .com is not avalailable and other are not relevant. Overall, valroy.fr “development in progress” site in indexed in first position on Google so creating another website like valroy-shoes.fr will confuse the users.

    How can we get the domain name back? Do you confirm the validation date is end of january (seen in a Who is), so we could wait it get back available except if there’s an automatic renewal, I don’t know how it works with u guys.

    There are not a lot of options here for you, I’m afraid. The easiest way to sort this out is to contact the former webmaster and ask them to transfer ownership of the website and domain registration to you via these instructions:

    Without their cooperation, I’m afraid you will likely have to end up waiting for the domain to expire and become available again.
