  We had an website prochestaindia.org which was hosted on WordPress and now it is not available because hosting was expired on last NOVEMBER. Is it possible to recover the account? It is urgent.

  We have no record of that site being hosted here, so it must have been using the self-hosted version of WordPress from https://wordpress.org and hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org sites are also entirely self-contained, and since you weren’t using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ either, your best option is to ask your former hosting provider’s support if they still have a backup of your account with them.
