  Hello! Your system is running me around in circles. I maintained a blog for ten years. I have a transaction ID for the upgrade: The blog has disappeared and lists no billing history. I need some help, please! Thanks.

  You can use the transaction ID you just posted to recover access to the account by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
