  We recently switched our Magento website from mcwigs.com to a Shopify Plus website – milanowigs.com, and now we are not able to access our WordPress blog which has 9 pages of blogs on it. I don’t know the username or password with this, although I do know past usernames and passwords used for our account. Can someone please help me access our wordpress account. In October, we paid our renewal fee, but have not been able to get into the account, or see/create visibility for our many blogs.

  Hi! I’m sorry to hear that. The domain mcwigs.com hasn’t been hosted here with us. Are you able to undo whatever domain changes you did, so that you can access the old content? Note undoing changes would take a few hours to take effect.

  Then you could either copy those pages to your new host, or you’d be welcome to export them and then (while the old site is still live) import them into our services. You could also assign subdomains if you wanted to, like shop.mcwigs.com for your store, or blog.mcwigs.com for a separate host like us.
