  My password was reset and I forgot the information. The website is not sending me an email for account recovery. I need to regain access to update the site and process orders.

  eaglefeatherminerals.com is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In your case, that appears to be Host Gator.
