Account recovery

    I have this site and cannot login. I have the original admin + password creds but they no longer work. I tried account recovery but it does not recognize my email or username. I haven’t logged into this site in years and now want to login to delete it and remove payment info if there is any.

    Please note that your site at blissfulmall.com is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s a WordPress.org site hosted by a different hosting company.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Generally speaking, you can post on the WordPress.org support forum if you need help with WordPress.org sites, but in this case, you’d need to contact the hosting service provider who is hosting your site for help with canceling the site. You aren’t paying us anything, so there’s nothing to cancel on our side.
