Account recovery

I have lost access to my paid subscription sites – I was instructed to change my password and now can only access an old free plan that I no longer use. I tried the Account Recovery function but I’m not getting any response (when I click ‘recover my account’ the page just reloads and doesn’t look like it goes anywhere, and I can’t get the support assistant to connect me to a human. Any suggestions?
