account recovery

  An ex employee has since been gone from the company and I need to to recover his account. The email he used to setup his account has been deleted from company records so i have no way of looking up the transaction ID. I need to resolve this ASAP.

  PS. The reason I need to do this is so that I can change the ownership of the domain.
