  When I log into wordpress it goes to a new account. We have looked up the account and it’s active however we don’t have access to it due to staff changes. I’m looking to get admin to pilotdogs.org.

  I took a quick look at your site, and unfortunately pilotdogs.org isn’t actually hosted here on WordPress.com, it’s hosted through Inmotion Hosting.

  Your best bet would be to reach out to Inmotion Hosting’s support team directly, they’ll be the ones who can help you regain admin access or reset credentials on their end.

  You can also try the WordPress.org support forums, which is the right community for self-hosted WordPress sites.
