  I have a reoccurring charge from WordPress.com that I cannot identify. I have the transaction ID, but do not know the account or site this is used for any longer.

  Can someone help me?

  I have requested my bank stop payment on this charge, and revoke the authorization.

  I still need to get this cancelled by WordPress.

  Hi there, you can look up the charge on this secure page, which will also give you the option of contacting the billing team if not found. https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  When you dispute a charge, that creates a chargeback which makes the refund process much longer and incurs an additional fee.. Please read the info on this page about Chargebacks. https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

  What @justjennifer mentioned is correct. You can look up the transaction with its ID at: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  Before you start a chargeback, I recommend getting in touch with us. We’d be happy to refund your purchase if we can, but if you start a chargeback before we can do so, the process becomes more complicated and we might not be able to process your refund as fast.
