Account recovery

    Hi,

    We will quit our company. I am a authorised administrator of the website, so I can delete our website. Unfortunately, we don’t know the connected e-mailadress of the owner account, and we do not seem to be able to find our transaction id for account recovery. Now we are not able to stop purchases.

    How can this be solved?

    What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
