  I have a self hosted WordPress site under nicholedecarlelondon.com with proof of domain registration (paypal transaction) and several methods of contact including email addresses and phone numbers but am struggling to get into my account.

  The domain, nicholedecarlelondon.com, is neither registered nor hosted with us, so we have no way to help you gain access as we don’t control any aspect of your site.

  You can try the password reset instructions for self-hosted WordPress sites at the link below, but failing that you’ll need to contact your hosting provider, as the site is on their servers so they’re the only ones that potentially have access to it.
