Account Recovery
-
Hello,
I had an ongoing blog from a few years ago that I was hoping to revive. However, since then, the Email that I used back then has been deactivated. I would really hate to lose the capability of utilizing something that i had put so much time into. This is the blog in question: https://mdn207.wordpress.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
However, since then, the Email that I used back then has been deactivated.
mdn207.wordpress.com is owned by another WordPress.com account and you will need to login as mdnichol87 in order to access that site.
If the email address is no longer active and you are unable to remember the password, we’ll need you to fill out the Account Recovery form:
Come back to me if you have any questions.

I am trying to login to my word press account. I have a new email and cannot retrieve any emails from the old one. What should I do. I filled out the retrieval form but don’t have any of the codes they wanted??

Hi tjmillers2004,
mossmountaininn.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by InMotion, rather than WordPress.com. We have some information about the differences between the two here:
As mossmountaininn.com is hosted elsewhere, we have no access to the site and are unable to help you recover your account there. However support for WordPress.org sites is available on these community forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/
If you are unable to reset the password for your account, I recommend contacting InMotion for help first. They should be able to give you some guidance about the next steps.
Best of luck!
