Account Recovery
-
Hello!
I used to have a blog with my account using an educational email address (.edu), and I’d like to regain my access to that blog.
However, this email address became unavailable after I graduated from that school.
As a result, I cannot receive an email to reset my password.
By the same reason, I cannot access an email with the activation link, and I couldn’t submit Account Recovery form.
(I was able to find the link I received to reset password long time ago. Can I use this instead to prove my ownership?)
I should be able to prove that that educational email address belongs to me, so is there anyway I can regain my access?
I’m in a big trouble now, so any support or advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
If you don’t have access to the email address associated with that account, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:
* A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
* The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us. If the email you received included a confirmation button instead of a link, you can copy the activation URL by right-clicking on the button and selecting “Copy Link Address” (this text may slightly vary, depending on your browser).
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
