  I created this account so that I had some way to contact wordpress regarding an issue with our other account. I believe the last time I logged in to our website portal was back in November of 2017.
  The account credentials have not been changed by us.
  All I get is the username does not exist. I have tried everything I could find to reset password and only get errors. I have tried account recovery, but do not have or can I get any validation.
  We were going to add your business service to create an additional website, but if getting help is this difficult, we will have to go elsewhere.
  Your assistance here will be appreciated.

  What is the URL of the site you refer to?
  Exactly which username account registered it?

  We are unable to assist unless or until you provide the site URL you refer to starting with https:// so we can verify hosting.

  Was able to resolve this with Newtek. Thank you for your assistance and patience here. I now have a much better understanding of how this all works. Sorry for any inconvenience.
