  We thought that our domain http://www.plexusrs.com was linked to this account but it isn’t and know we cannot gain access to change the DNS settings. I have a number of ‘transaction ID’s’ and invoice copies from when we purchased this domain from you and I have submitted an account recovery this morning but I am wondering if you can speed this up this afternoon?
