Hello, I am trying to retrieve the account information for the campusinternationalization user for the blog (https://campusinternationalization.wordpress.com/), run by our organization.
The account used to be tied to (email visible only to moderators and staff). We executed a change password request on 7/7/16 15:49:15, and changed the email address to (email visible only to moderators and staff). However, now, when trying to reset the password for (email visible only to moderators and staff), the password recovery form is saying ‘unable to reset password’. Can you please help confirm that campusinternationalization is tied to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and help us understand why we can’t reset the password? We don’t have any of the three items on the verification checklist so this is proving to be insanely difficult to fix.

Ah, my apologies, I was thinking in terms of why it didn’t appear as a site on the list.
I can’t give out the email address on file. I can confirm it was changed recently, but not to the address you mentioned. I’ve just reached out to the correct address, so please watch for that.

Thank you @supernovia. I have access to our email server for all incoming emails and I don’t see any into our acenet.edu domain. Can you tell me what email address you sent your email from, possibly the subject, and/or if the email you sent it to is an acenet.edu email address? Are you able to send an email to the “old” address? I find it odd that the “new” address is different because we have an email to the “new” address that is a password reset.
