Account Recovery Issues

  I created a blog about nine years ago. After I finished using it, I decided to end the blog and delete the email address connected with it. I followed all the steps to delete my blog and then I erased my email.

  Years later, I realized the old website was still online, even though I deleted it. WordPress won’t let me contact them unless I buy another website, and I don’t have a transactional ID, receipt, or authentication codes to recover the site. I can’t recover the password because the email associated with the account is deleted.

  How can I get WordPress to take down a site I’ve already deleted?
