Account Recovery Not Accepting Transaction Ref ID

  Hello,

  I hope this message finds you well. I had an account synced to an email that is no longer active. Unfortunately the account hosts a current subscription that I wish to cancel. Since the email is no longer active, I don’t have an activation URL/key nor a two factor authentication code. However, I do have the charge on my credit card with a transaction reference number. When inputting this into the Account Recovery Form, it notates the following error: The receipt or transaction ID does not appear to be valid. I’ve confirmed that the transaction wasn’t made through a third party process like Paypal and is currently at a lost on what to do. Would greatly appreciate your guidance!
