Account recovery with no access

  This website was a redesign that our team was working on in 2016. I am happy to provide whatever we can with what I have found and know that at some point it was connected to one of our emails but we have had a massive staff overhaul (and serious website redesign) since then. I would like to get into this account so that we can deactivate the site entirely so that it is no longer messing up our SEO results with the new site. We had an activation URL (http://headframes2016.umwebsitedesign.net/blog/wp-admin/about.php) but am being told that it is no longer valid – I believe because Modwest (whom it was through) is no longer in business.

  I have asked everyone on our team and no one seems to have any knowledge around this website or how to access the backend. Please let me know who I can talk to and see what our options are because at this point we are stuck.
