Account refund

    Hi please some money was taken out of an empty account, putting me in overdraft for a site that i had cancelled last year. Can i get a refund please as this has caused me unexpected distress.

    At this time it is best to contact your bank directly about the refund. We released the money to them on July 6th. Normally a refund only takes 10 days to reach you. The bank can provide specific details about their own processing times There are occasions where it will take up to 1-2 billing cycles for them to release the money.
