  hello,
  im signed up and have an account. i have no content on here at all. i decided to go a different route and no longer need wordpress. please get back to me as soon as possible i no longer want to be charged for this! I want my account completely deleted.

  Hello there, Since you haven’t mentioned the WordPress.com website you need help with, I’ve given you the general information about this.

  You can cancel your WordPress.com plan upgrade at any time from your Manage Purchases dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ See also: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/faq-renewing-and-canceling/#canceling-your-plans-and-domains

  Refunds are available up to 30 days after purchase for everything but custom domains, which need to be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase to quality for a refund. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  @guardiancc18 as staff I can’t see any upgrades on this account, or any sites for that matter. I’m guessing you’ve got more than one account. Can you log out and log in as that user? And if you need help doing that, could you send a link to the site you had started?
