  You renewed my account and charged me even though I cancelled last year through Elegant Themes and they confirmed my cancellation last year

  wordpress.com is in no way related to Elegant Themes; a cancel made at Elegant Themes has nothing to do with a wordpress.com account.
  If that charge is made by wordpress.com, you can check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  @bernardgeogheganbg, for what it’s worth I don’t see any of our upgraded services associated with this account. If you have an invoice from us, try logging out and logging in with the email address that was sent to.

  Or, like @staartmees said, you can try the form at wpchrg.com to look up the correct site/account and reach out to billing.
