  Hi, I would like reset my account / username / websites and sign up to premium plan using same email but different username

  Hey there, when you delete an account, it stays in stasis for 30 days before the email address is purged. And until then we can’t re-use that address.

  Here’s what I recommend:

  1. Reply to the closure email. Ask to restore the account.

  2. Change the email address on the account to an alias, and confirm it:

  Instead of using this:
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Use this:
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  3. Change this account to your real email address, and confirm that.

  Or, you could just use an alias on your new account. It will deliver to your email just the same. Let us know if you need more help!
