    We need to restore this website on WordPress. We have the domain name and we were wondering if you had access to the last backup for this site.

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host asoceanside.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and provides integrated caching, server-level performance improvements, security, automatic updates to core software, robust backups, and in-house support from our WordPress.com Happiness Engineers.

    To offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at Siteground, for example) and as a result we don’t offer backups and historical data for sites hosted elsewhere. Of course, we would love to host your site here, where we we are happy to help further. But as it stands now, we can’t assist.

    The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting Siteground for further assistance. They are in the best position to help.
