  Hello,

  When trying to suppress my account, I get a message telling me “a problem prevented my account to get closed” and asking me to contact customer assistance. Where can I get help?

  Hi –

  There was a premium theme, Port, that was still attached to the account. I’ve removed that and you can continue.
