Account was deleted without permission

Hi, my account has been deleted by BlueHost. I did not actively delete this account myself and I believe this must be a breach of some sort. I paid $800 for an independent web designer to create my site. I was late paying my invoice to BlueHost who only sent me one email reminder, before deleting my account.
Can you please advise the next steps as my whole business revolves around that account and I did not give authority for them to delete my business website.

We can’t help as your site isn’t or wasn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. I see your domain was registered by Godaddy and your site was hosted by Bluehost. When you don’t pay a bill in time, Bluehost has the full right to delete a site; they aren’t a charity.
You must solve this problem yourself by contacting Bluehost.
