  I need to start anew account in order to use a product I purchased. I can’t fo it. All I want is anew Gravatar account. Nothing else.

  As long as you use a unique email address that has not been used before you can start a new Gravatar account here: http://en.gravatar.com/

  Just click on the “Create your own Gravatar” button on that page. Please note that you may need to do this in an incognito window to avoid being logged into any existing accounts you have.
