We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Bluehost. You must contact their support.

I’m confused and still a rookie with this. So initially I was able to log on to WordPress as admin ( build site etc) and I also have a separate account with bluehost ( hosting and domain name purchase). Do I need to reset password information for WordPress administration access for my site with bluehost? Not sure if I’m explaining it clearly.

We don’t have a direct connection to WordPress sites hosted by other providers. We are only able to help if your site is hosted with us directly (we’re a managed hosting provider), and in the case of box2279.temp.domains, that is hosted with Bluehost directly.
We can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
To clarify, Bluehost uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically, it uses a different login system than we offer here, so our methods for account recovery will not work on your site. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in the open-source forums are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help.
