Acquiring control of a stolen domain

    I’m working with a client who recently acquired the business assets (including the trademark and the domain) for Dirty Dungarees, a laundromat in Columbus, Ohio. However, one of the former employees took the domain name (DirtyDungarees.com) under his own WordPress account, which now redirects to a WordPress.com landing page.

    What steps does the business owner need to take to acquire the domain name that is rightfully his under his business purchase agreement? He is able to provide all contracts and business licenses showing that he is the owner.
