  You can’t install third party plugins on the wordpress.com platform without upgrading to the Business Plan – https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  However you really don’t need Elementor as it produces heavy and sloppy html. Our own Blocks Editor are a much better solution than Elementor, https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/
