  Hi there, the site at tapakasmo.wordpress.com has not expired. Is that the domain you are referring to?

  If not, and the custom domain has fully expired, have you tried to register it again?

  Let us know how that goes.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of tapakasmo.com? That domain is no longer in our control, but it’s also available so you should be able to register it at any domain provider.

  If you want to register it for use with a WordPress.com site again, you’ll now need to first buy a plan at My Site ->Plans, as we no longer sell domains independently of a plan.

  I need help with this as well. I need to know how to contact a human at WordPress to be sure I can renew my domain that expired long ago. I did purchase a plan just now, but I don’t see how I can renew my exact domain, nor how to contact an agent that can help with it. Right now it just shows me at: vegendarykitchen.wordpress.com

  Sorry, newbie here. I did figure out how to do the chat last night and I spoke to a woman who was exceptionally helpful and walked me through securing my expired domain. It was so amazing!!! I’m thrilled!

  Tapakasmo, if you haven’t already purchased a plan, I highly recommend doing that so you can chat with support staff instantly. It honestly was the most fantastic customer service experience I’ve EVER had! If I could “steal” Shadae from WordPress, I certainly would! :D
