Activate my site with correct email please

My site is ccwfall2016, the email that the activation email should be sent to is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Please help me correct any errors with the site. I know that I created a previous site with the same email address- that site should be deleted by now. This one- cwfall2016- is the one that should be attached to the email address- (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I know that I created a previous site with the same email address- that site should be deleted by now.
What is the address of the previous site, and why should it be deleted by now? Only a site administrator may delete a site. It doesn’t occur due to a site reaching a certain age.
This one- cwfall2016- is the one that should be attached to the email address-
There is one email address per account, and there may be unlimited websites in a single account, all associated with the same email address.

Perhaps the following passage from the Issues Changing your Email Address section of the Update Email Address support page is relevant:
If you attempt to change your email address and find that it never updates after saving the changes, the issue is usually simple. The email address you are attempting to use is probably associated with another WordPress.com account. Because each address can only be associated with one WordPress.com account, it will not allow you to use the same email again.
The solution is also easy. You can use a different email address that is not already in use, or you can log in to the account currently using your desired email address and change it to something else. Once changed, you can then reuse the email on a different account.
